*CANCELLATION POLICY*
To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. Should you provide less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the booked service will apply. In the event of a no-show, we regret to inform you that a charge of 100% of the booked service will be incurred. For services 3 hours or longer, we require a card on file to confirm your appointment. We understand circumstaces can change, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
